You can use the following the FM to do the currency conversion.

CONVERT_TO_LOCAL_CURRENCY

CONVERT_TO_LOCAL_CURRENCY

CONVERT_TO_LOCAL_CURRENCY_O

CONVERT_TO_LOCAL_CURRENCY_N

If you want to maintain them directly then go to SPRO > Genral settings and Currencies (SPRO -> Global Settings -> Currencies).

OB08 maintains the enties for currency conversion, here you can check whether the exchange rate is maintained to convert the currency from one curr to other.
