Hi,

i have a configurable item, the related plant, and the configuration (chars and values).

These are part of a ORDERS05 idoc. Before processing the idoc and creating the sales order, i want to check some attributes of the resulting configuration items.

What i want ?

the material numbers that are the result of the configuration (like transaction CU50). A simulation of a configuration without an real sales order.

Is this possible ?

We're on 4.7 webas 6.20

Can you use BAPI_SALESORDER_SIMULATE.
