CREMAS Idoc posting

Hi ,

We are trying to post a CREMAS Idoc from XI into the R/3 system.For a specific Vendor account group we are getting the following error.

"No batch input data for screen SAPMF02K 0380".

Could you please let me know the possible reasons for this.

Check this out at R/3 end. There is an Inbound function module at R/3 interface OR there is some user exit code in inbound interface which calls the screen for creating/ changing vendor master data. In the screen 380 for vendor master: contact person, there is some required field & data is not passed to that field..
