creating inbound from outbound delivery

How to use those function module, where to use..In a se38 program or in include program of userexit for vl02n..

I want to create inbound delivery after PGI but when Iam using the FM, Iam not getting it..

Even I used the FM shp_create_ibdl_from_obdl independently in se 37.

But it simply giving type as error..

I mean how to make it function correctly..

I just want this function modul to use, tell me how to call this FM , from where I should call it, when it should be called, again telling I wabr it to be done after PGI in vlo2n.

It takes two parameters

1 is obd number

Second returning ilbd number but in my case it is not returning any number that is it is not creating it..

I want to knkw why it is not creating when I'm provided olbd number..
