Creating IDOC from proxy ABAP

Hi Expert,

I'm new in ABAP, I need to write an ABAP code to create IDOC DELVRY03 (WSHCON) from a data in proxy server.

My scenario is Flat file - PI- Proxy-Idoc DELVRY03.

Could you plz advise me a blog or tuto to starting with this development?
