I want to create an output in the letter format to be send to the user ....can anyone help me please.

You have several optins to do that:

1. Layout - Transaction se71.

2. SmartForm - Transaction SMARTFORMS.

3. Creating a screen with screen painter's declerations.

4. Using "write" statement and design it manually within an abap program.
