create pr using BAPI reference to plan order

Is there any BAPIs for create PR reference to plan order ,alse can say "MD14's BAPI".

I know these two BAPIs can create PR,but the PRs have one sign 'Creation Indicator ' .If use this BAPI to create , the Indicator is 'R RealTime(manual)', but i use md14 create PR which created reference to plan order, the Indicator is 'U Converted planned order', and this Indicator is very important for us , so is there other BAPIs to create PR?
