I want to create form like in other laguage:

which transaction I should use? and if there is a lesson would be much better.

This is a very generic question. I suggest you go through different tool (ADOBE forms or smarforms or sapscripts) available and search for documents in google

Thanks i thoghut that smart forms and adobi creat like reports but not Form...i want to create form with fields and buttons ...is there a transaction or key word to google?

If you need user interaction within the forms then ADOBE FORMS is the right option.Go through the SAP sites to know more about ADOBE FORMS & its availability in SAP versions.

You have to design a screen in module Pool program for such a form.
