Create Alternative Screen HR

Hi people,

There is the screen 2550 for IT 2012 which I need to activate the field FLAG4(already exists on PA2012), but I have to activate it just for Brazil(MOLGA 37).

For what I have seen, I'll need to create an alternative screen for 2550 and make some changes on T588M to make it active just for Brazil

The problem is, how can I create this alternative screen.

Some people say I have to create it through SE51, but, If I try creating the screen on program MP200000(2550 program's), Ti asks me for access key.

So I have no Idea how to create this screen

Looks like FLAG4 is a reserved field & currently not being used in the standard code. What do you need it for? I doubt if you can enhance a Time Mgt Infotype ie 2012 using PM01 either?
