Create a custom condition table

Can we create a custom condition table for some custom business requirement. I have searched the same but it seems that this is available for some specific scenarios.

If it's possible, can you please give me an idea.

Your question is quite generic, but you can definitely create your tables. On the other hand, have a look at BRF+ where you can maintain all your business rules:
