noo, it is possible with smartforms

but u can use test run for checking the layout by using se71-> enter form, utilities>Printing test

no its not possible to run the script directly without a driver program.

Hi Ballu,

The reasons for using the driver program are

1) To do the fetching of values that is to be printed in the form.

2) The configurations will be done for the forms by specifying the print program Name and corresponding Form Name. So when we execute the form, at first the control will come to your print program. So its very essential that you need a print program.

But for simply testing the sap scripts without any values, goto UTILITIES -> PRINTING TEST.
