Costing simulation for network activities

For an interface solution for network activities the customer wants to see the expected costs for a network activity for internal processing before the hours will be transferred from the external system into SAP via BAPI. The idea is to simulate the costing for the existing network activity in SAP with the hours which will be transferred later, but I cannot find an object to simulate the costing for the network activity (function module, method.......)
