COPYing Z Module pool prog.

Hi Experts,

I have a Z module pool prog.(with 4 screens) prog. in Production.

But, for some reason, its not in Development.

So, Is there any way to get it totally from Prod., into Developemnt(manually, I can copy code, but, screens is painful) I guess, Version mngmnt do not helps me!!

You should find out how it got into production and where it came from - it must have come from a development system somewhere unless someone has developed directly in production which is very bad.

It may have been imported from a transport object from another system in which case you may be able to import the same transport into your dev system.

check the transport request number for ur program using E071 table and transport that to devlopment.

Hi Srinivas,

you can achive your requirement through screen download and upload.

Screen download/upload steps ( Production System)

1. in SE51 transaction, Give the program name and screen number.

2. go display mode

3. in menu, utilities->moreutilities->upload/download->download

4. download your code.

Screen download/upload steps ( Development System)

1. in SE51 transaction, Give the program name and screen number.

2. go Change mode

3. in menu, utilities->moreutilities->upload/download->upload

4. download your code.

You can Bring back the Copy From Production to Developement. Contact your Basis team .
