Copying SAP instance as a new Company Code into another SAP instance

Hi Team,

I want to know how to copy an SAP Instance (A) to another SAP instance (B) as a new Company Code. For example, if one has a small SAP instance that running separately then how can one 'merge' SAP instance A inot SAP instance B as a new Company Code. Let me know if any one of you has done something like this OR if you could list the steps that one should consider in doing so.

Rephrasing my question:

We have an SAP instance that we want to bring (copy/embed/use) into our regular SAP instance as a new company code. Any ideas...
