Copy Control Usage

Hi Experts,

I had a query regarding Copy control concept.Let me explain my scenario its like this

"Whenever a Billing Document need to be created from a list of Delivery Documents then each line item in the Delivery need to be split or combined into Single Billing Document or Multiplte Billing documents  based on Custom conditions like if the line items of deliveries have same material group then single Billing document need to generated or if line items have different Material groups then Billing document need to be generated for each line item(i.e it will be a Multiple Billing Doc.) in VF01."

So in this scenario i am not sure wether we can use Copy control technique or not.So let me know what should be the strategy for this scenario ?
