Copy Control in invoice

Hi Gurus,

Suppose a sales order is having two line items with same material, my requirement is when we create an Invoice, using transaction VF01, it should have only one item of that material with quantities added up.

I have been asked to use Copy Control but I havent worked on it. So I need help how should I go about it?

Hi,

This is not possible using copy control..

Even if it is possible, SAP's document flow will be not correct..

If it is just for the output..Modify the print program to show only one line item..

thanks for your quick reply.. but is it possible to do it some other than Copy Control? Bcoz it is not just for output. It is required in Invoice also.

Not..It is not possible to do it in copy control.
