Convert Raw into Char from External Data

Hi All,

I'm writing a custom Program and where I need to read the file from the external Source. The Value coming from external system will be sending a External ID as a Char to store the values in the AFRU.

Can anyone please help me to convert the Char to Raw to store the values in the AFRU-EXTID?

The AFRU-EXTID is a custom field in the database and it is used to store the external ID of the file. In order to convert the Char to Raw, you can use the AFRU-EXTID's Data Type Conversion function. This function will allow you to convert the Char value to a Raw value and then store it in the AFRU-EXTID.
