Conversion from Condition value to base value in sap abap

Hi Experts,

I want to know the method that converts the below scenario .

Want to convert the Condition value to Condition base value through some Funtion module in a dynamic way .

I want to change for all the condition records in program level .

Attached the screen shot for reference .

output should be -

625.738 / 10 (as my per value changes dynamically)
