Conversion CodePage Error while converting 4110 to 4102

Hi

As per the Subject line; We get the Conversion code page error while reading the file from the Application server.

Background : Source System "X" sends out the file to us.We receive this file in our XI System.We add space as a part of some process. And then in turn we send this file to R/3. Now when we try to read this file in R/3; we get the Subject Error.

Action Taken: We have enquired with Source System "X"; they confirmed that there is no issue with the format in which they send out the file.So sems like that junk char is generated while we add up a space using our XI system. We would not like to go ahead with "IGNORING CONVERSION ERROR" as it involves a risk of missing some of the local Taiwan / Malaysian Characters.

Note : Our XI & R3 systems are Unicode(UTF-8.).

Could any on please help us out to get away from this problem?
