connecting sap system to printer

i am working in client location adn i am an abaper , now we have no basis person at now, so, we have one application server and around 20 presentaion system .now i want to connect this sap system to one printer to print by scripts and smartforms .so.plz help me how to connect printer to sap.

Do the printer connection and settings in the tcode SPAD.

U need to define the printer in SPAD

where u have to give the printer type, ip address etc, then it will be available for use
