Connecting a Local Printer

Looking for help to connect my printer at home to SAP. Seems that the system only recognizes my printer from the office and I am not sure how to add my local printer to the options to print. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

Hi Collin.

How you are connecting SAP system from you home? Is it direct or thru RDP? Could you explain in detail?

Hello,

output device are managed with the SPAD transacton.

Check with your BC team and also with your network team to check connectivity.

It is a direct connection. Working from home and connecting to work servers through VPN. Trying to print through SAP with the local printer I have here, but I am not seeing any options to add a printer as the only options are the printers in the office.
