hi Experts,

if any body changes configuaration settings, how to know who chaned the settings and what time he/she changed .

Hello,

Which configuration changes are you asking about? I mean, which module? Anyway, let me put across my answer based on my understanding.

All the Customizing activities will be Stored in T-Tables. For example, if we create a Plant, it will be stored in the Table T001W. So, first you need to identify the Functional Area / Customizing Activity based on which we should be able to find out the corresponding T-Table and look for Last Changed by which will give you the User Name who changed the Configuration.
