Condition Records Function Module

Can condition records be created through a function module ? The condition records I talk about are one's created through VK11.

See if the Bapi BAPI_PRICES_CONDITIONS is what you are looking for.

There is no function module as such to create condition records. Either u have to create directly in VK11 or else u have to develop a custom program to create the same.
