Hi Siju,

As per my understanding u need to check or compare the configuration between the clients.For this You use tcode SCC4 for the client settings and check the components by SAP under gui tab system >status>undar sap sytem data click the serach icon it will display you all the details about the components installed.

Then check all the deails by using SM51 -->release notes
