You can compare roles through Transaction SUIM.

SUIM-->Comparisions-->of Roles

try ROLE_CMP

using this you can compare and adjust roles between:

two roles in a system

two roles in different systems etc

You can use SUIM for compare roles in the same system.

->Comparisons

->From Roles

If you need to compare with different system you need to configure RFC Destination for Systems.

Choose the RFC for each system and then you can compare.
