Hi Experts,

I need to fetch the commitment and plan amount in my report.

I have asset number, order number and version at my selection screen. On the basis of order number first i am getting OBJNR number from COAS table and then based on this OBJNR number and version i am trying to get the plan and commitment amount from COSP-WTG003 and COOI-ORGWTH table respectively.

But values which i am getting are not correct.

Please let me know what is the correct way to fetch the plan and commitment amount.Do i need to consider value type(WRTTP) also?If yes what should be the value of WRTTP for these amount?

Hi Swati,

generally speaking, for plan values, you should retrieve and add values COSP-WTG001 to COSP-WTG016 (that's 16 values: january, february, ... december, special period 1, special period 2, special period 3, special period 4).

Please keep in mind that you should also restrict your query by COSP-WRTTP = '01' and by COSP-VERSN = your_plan_version.

Also, in COOI you will retrieve individual items, while from COSP you will get total amounts. Please consider which approach is the best for your requirements.

I hope this helps. Kind regards,

Alvaro
