CMOD text fieldname modify

Hi,

I modified by CMOD, Goto, Text enhancement, Keywords, Change the name of a field (STKZA), after saving system replied with "Data element is activated asynch".

I also verified in SM58 if there were errors but there were not.

If I enter in XK03 I can see the old decription.

How do I have to activate the new text ?

Thanks

Best regards

Hi,

following thought... requesting others to add their thoughts:

I think the label of the STKZA field has been manually set in the screen painter (in my system the element list shows it as Dict. modified = F). Hence it is not retrieved from the data element and hence your enhancement does not work.

The only idea I have would be to modify the screen. Does anybody have a better idea?

Best regards

Thorsten

I modified by screen painter because by cmod didn't change anything, after this some fields appeared with label in DE language (but logon language was IT), and then I restored the previous layout

May be it is better use an exit
