client copy info

hello experts,

I need to create a test client with the same customizing and user data as my production client. I am new in this, but the reading says I can make a client copy. I was reading about it, and I some questions I hope you can help me:

1. Wich profile should I use to copy customizing, master data and all user data, I think I should use SAP_ALL. Is it right? I need a exact copy of my production client.

2. Is this the best way to implement a test client?? If there is another one, please tell me wich one.
