which method do you use to display notes?

I tried to use fm SGOS_NOTE_DISPLAY, but it dumps every time I enter data ...

I ahve got exact the same requirement....

I tried the same way as did in the doc...but i dont get the attachment icon in toolbar...

i cud not find out watz the problem is...

please help me out...
