how to check VF01 log before save. My requirement is if there is any pricing warning, don't save that invoice.

suggest me any user exit or badi for this. And suggest me how to check.

Hi Chandra Mohan,

Before Saving Billing Document in VF01 ,

you want to do any validations means, use the following program and exit.

RV60AFZZ  ->  FORM USEREXIT_NUMBER_RANGE        

for more clarity goto SPRO - > Sales Modifications - > System Modifications -> User Exits -> user exit for billing.

Did you read a document like User Exits For  Billing, you have access to data described in the code source and global data of Module pool SAPLV60A, Include LV60ATOP.
