check md02 transaction when click on save button

Hi,

         Actually we can update the  scheduling line through me38 and automatically via md02 too.

         My requirement is to check the md02 transaction before it's auto updates the scheduling line.

        In md02 transaction when i click on save button, i need to check for scheduling line quantity it should not be greater than 100.

        i was tried to do in enhancement framework, i din't  found any loop holes.

        How to get quantity, released strategy, scheduling document number during run-time (only material number and plant are given in md02 initial screen)

        Is there any badi or exists for this requirement?

      please help me to do this requirement
