ChaRM: User id behaving differently with same access

Hi Gurus,

We are in implementation phase of ITSM & ChaRM project. One problem we are facing is A user with same access as other users cannot view the Businees roles to select and it directly goes to some other business role without asking.

I checked CRMC_UI_PROFILE parameter and nothing is set for this user. Exactly same authorizations as other users.

But, when i delete this user and recreate it then works fine and allows us to select the business role in SM_CRM URL.

Did anyone faced this issue in Solman ChaRM before and how it got resolved ?

Check and delete the user buffer.

Hi Uttam,

I reset the user buffer through SU56 but still it is not showing business roles to select.

How to delete user buffer for particular user ?

It looks like user id got corrupted when I copied the user to a new user it works fine.

Initially this user was assigned only business role SOLMANPRO and later we added ANALYTICSPRO business role but instead of showing screen for business role selection it just picks SOLMANPRO automatically.

I tried to delete business partner for this user but it says BP is being used in other partner functions. Now how to find where it is getting used ?.. I resolved all open incidents change request wherever the BP for this user used.
