How to define a new character set.

Which is the tcode where I can see what are all the

character sets we can use.

in standard texts , we use character sets like <b>, <AB>,<EX> ..

go to spad , there is character sets..

I want character set for URL..

Hi,

If you want to include an URL in your standard text, you can do so from Tran. SO10, navigate to INSERT-->HYPERTEXT.

Sample :

INCLUDE 'WWW.YAHOO.COM' OBJECT <b>DSYS</b> ID <b>CHAP</b> LANGUAGE <b>EN</b>

I need in such a way that if i give URL and in the place where it gets dispalyed , it should be like if i click on to it , it should take on me to that page.

Hi,

For navigation of a hyperlink, you`ll have to maintain connectivity settings in transaction SCOT. For further instructions, further your BASIS consultant.

Kindly ensure that settings in SCOT are not changed, if changed you`ll be into trouble.
