Hi

MATKL has 9 character value. So i want to divide those 9 character in 2 each.

Then Place individual in below format

segment1 = 1st 2 character of MATKL

segment2 = 3,4 character of matkl

segment3 = 5,6 character of MATKL

segment4 = 7,8 character of matkl

segment5 = Put 00 always.

segment1 = matkl(2).

segment2 = matkl+2(2).

segment3 = matkl+4(2).

segment4 = matkl+6(2).

segment5 = '00'.

segment2 = gv_MATKL+2(2)

segment3 = gv_MATKL+4(2)

segment4 = gv_MATKL+6(2)

you can do it like that.

segment1 = V_MATKL+0(2).

segment2 = V_MATKL+2(2).

segment3 = V_MATKL+4(2).

segment4 = V_MATKL+6(2).

segment5 = Put 00 always.

segment2 = maktl+2(2).
