changing values of quantity fields

hi,

in my flat file for PO COST its value is 7.23 but after losding it ,it is saved as 723 without decimals.

and for quantity field i want it as -676 but it is appearong as 676-.

kindly help me regarding this issue.

Give Reference field to the quantity fields.
