changing program name

Hi,

I've created a program in SE38 let's say " prog name -

---

> ztest, description

--->test ", long back now I want to change its name & description.

Please advise me how to change it. Thank you.

Hi,

In SE38 goto menu Program->Select Rename there to change program name. Or press cntrl + F6 to rename

OR

Open the program in SE80.

Right click on the program name and select Rename.

Use menu option Goto->Attributes to change the program description.

goto SE38, give the program name and press Ctrl+F6 to rename the program name

later select the radio button attributes and press the change button in SE38 there you can change the description

hi,

Go to se80-> give ur old pgn name -> right click above the program name ( it will come below object name) - > use the option RENAME ( u will get whn u right clcik the pgm name)

Use SE38, type your program name and use Ctrl+F6 to rename the program name.

To change the description

click the menu GOTO->Attributes-> Description(Here you change the description of the program .)

To rename goto se38 type the program name and press CTRL+F6 and give the new name...
