A simple search would get you the answer 🙂

For changing partner function description you have to reach out T-Code XD02, this t-code is used to change the partner function details. Here the description can also be changed.

Other relevant t-codes are:

XD01 --> Create Partner Function.

XD03 --> Display Partner Fucntion.
