changes not reflected in production server

Hi all,

I made some changes in sap script and transported that request to production server but those changes are not reflected on the production server.

whats the reason for this?

Hi,

You will have to re tranport the request in over write mode while tranporting it to production that will help.

Ths option is in STMS while tranporting.

Hi Joshi,

Ask your basis people , the request was transported sucessfully or not.If its not transported sucessfully, ask them to retransport again.If it transported sucessfully, in production open the SE71 transaction check your Script layout has come or not.If its there in the sense it is not transported sucessfully. If it is there,

Then next you check in NACE transaction, for that Script corresponding Output type is sucessfully assigned or not.If its not ask your functional people to assigne the corrsponding output type.

Please check in this way, then I think your problem may solve.

Hi Gaurav,

Did u made changes in all the required languages? Are u checking the changes in production and development in same language. This could be one of the reason. If all these are fine then create a new request, Include this script in that request and transport the same.

Hi Joshi,

I am sure this is Problem with Transporting,Please create another request for the script and release that one, and ask u r basis people to retransport it again,

At the time of retransporting, Make sure with your basis people to overwrite the prevous request, and also import the new request in synchronous. These options are known to BASIS people. Ask them to import properly.
