you can say this,

i have added fields,adjested the window sizes,

added foot window to display the page num. or say any related one.

you can say added ond window for displaying company details and i have used standard text ,

where i stored the company details.

then he may ask why you use standard text,

say, end user can change the address,easily, if he needed,directly by going to the tcode.
