I had to change the description of a program which is in use .and it must show the same description where ever it is used.can anybody help me with the solution.

If you change the description in the attributes then it will show you the same description always....

actually its a standard program and it is used in many program if i take authorization and change the description will that effect the previously used programs or not??

yes it is,, your modification will have an effect in all proagrams where it's used.
