change subscreen area size

I would like to make a subscreen area bigger or smaller using a pushbutton. Is it possible to influence the height of a subscreen area at run time?

Hi Jorg,

I dont think it is possible., instead what i can suggest is u take two sub screens one is small and one is big.. and on clicking of push button u jus hide small and show big screen and do vise versa.,

As Kiran said, its not possible.

But you can use collapsible area for the same. Check out the Ergonomics Examples in transaction BIBS and check out the example in Collapsible area.
