Change pointers - no data found in BDCPV or BDCP2 table

Experts,

I am seeing fome wierd issue in Production sytstem.

We have created change pointers to capture material changes. Configured all the transactions like SCDO, BD61, BD50,BD51, BD52. In Quality system all the changes are done and materails are getting extracted properly with fm CHANGE_POINTERS_READ.

But in production, materials are not getting extracted in BDCP2 or BDCPV table when material changed.

Hence this fm CHANGE_POINTERS_READ not reading data.

What could be the reason?

Hi,

please check that all transport requests beloging to this funtion are on production system (Workbench + Customizing).
