Change Header Condition Value in VA02 using change BAPI

hi experts,

My issue is to change the header condition value in va02,

so i have used a bapi to change sales order, it is working well for changing the condition value which is in item level,

but is they any way to change or update the condition value which is in header ,

hi PMD, as i know condition in header is sum of item. if you change it in header, not change it in item, do you think it makes any sense?
