Change Document

Hi,

scenario is : Sales order(e.g.2345) is been created with configurable materials for BOM. Now after a couple of days we changed the some of the characteristics and the BOM changes. i want to find the table where they are getting stored. I want to find the original value for that order. I guess we can find this in CDPOS table, But what is the table name and other inputs i have to give to find the old value and new value.?

EKKO-EBELN, " Purchasing Document Number

EKKO-ERNAM, " Name of Person who Created the Object

EKKO-LIFNR, " Vendor's account number

EKKO-EKGRP, " Purchasing group

EKKO-BEDAT, " Purchasing Document Date

CDHDR-USERNAME, " User name

CDHDR-UDATE, " Creation date of the change document

DD04T-DDTEXT, " Short Text Describing R/3 Repository Objects

CDPOS-VALUE_NEW, " New contents of changed field

CDPOS-VALUE_OLD, " Old contents of changed field

I think you are in need of these additional fields, for any Sales Order these values are affected and you can find the values from these fields. I think this helps you. If i couldn't answer your question please be more clear.

First find out the Change object class,

than go to the transaction code SCDO, there click on the your object in display mode. You will find the table name.
