CC- Audit Reports Greayed out.

HI All,

In CC 5.2 I am facing an issue where in the informer TAB - "Audit Reports - Critical Roles & Profiles", both of the reports :

1. Critical Roles by Risk

and

2. Critical Profiles by Risk

are greyed out.

I would wish to know if there is any way to enable these reports to make them functional? I am on the latest SP level too. All other reports other than these two are working fine and accurate.

Thanks a lot in advance.

Have a nice day!!

Regards,

Hersh.

Hi Piyush,

Thanks for your prompt reply. The user running this already has all te roles assigned with all the actions available in the UME. I checked the same again after your post for these two specific actions and found that these two already exists in the admin role assigned to the user already.
