cause code text/ effect code text

Hi Experts,

can any one help me in finding tables/ logic to get Cause code short text and problem code text of a notification .

Notification has these texts in it's item section.

We used table QPGR (Inspection catalog code groups) and QPCD (Inspection catalog codes) to get the corresponding notification cause code and effect code.

Sorry but I have not awarded points as I didn't used your logic. Someone else in sdn has given the above idea.
