capture material document in QA12

In QA12, While changing the UD(accepted or rejected), material document has been created.

is there any userexit or badi to capture that material document?

Material documents resulting from usage decisions are automatically captured under respective inspection lots. Go to QA33, display the inspection lot - there is a button "Material Documents" to display all goods movement for the inspection lot.If you need to trigger additional processing after usage decision material document is posted, check out the MB_DOCUMENT_BADI enhancement.
