We are encountering the runtime error CALL_FUNCTION_OPEN_ERROR in our ECC5 PRD server.

Please let us know to rectify the error?

Hi,

One reason could be there is no proper authorization to use the function module.

I suggest you better debug the program in production (if you have authorization) and analyze the error.
