CA01 upload data from excel

Hi I am trying to upload data from excel to CA01 using BAPI-BAPI_ROUTING_CREATE.

Its working upto TASK, MATERIALTASKALLOCATION, OPERATION.

here in my scenario for each row of operation I have to uplad data into Inspection Characteristics INSPCHARACTERISTIC which may differ for different row.

Can Anybody explain me with coding ?
