what is called Cross Apllication(CA) and what are the functions

Hi

CA(Cross apllication) means whicj is related to most of the Functional Moduleslike SD,MM,FI,HR,PP,PM,PS etc

means it is used in all the modules

for example

Take WORKFLOW or EDI or IDOC

they are used in most of the modules

they are not limited to a single module alone

that's why they are called cross (among different modules) applications
